I chose to have the entire north of my house reroofed due to storm damage. . Wish I had taken pictures of the process. They were prompt in coming and thorough in their work. A friend of mine who is a retired contractor stopped by a few days after it was completed and gave it 2 thumbs up and believe me thatâ s a big compliment coming from him. I know the south side will need replaced in a few years. They cleaned up all the mess that was left. My yard had no left behind shingle mess. I wonâ t hesitate to call Coopers Residential Improvement. Charles and and his wife Angie who does the book work but is very Knowledgeable on the other areas of the business are the best. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
