Initially went fine, but recently roof leaked and we found out roof put in incorrectly. Business said couldn’t see roof problem but that was incorrect. Wouldn’t answer phone calls.

This was a very good install. Contractor was on time and cleaned up daily. When we needed a small repair in February due to ice in gutter, roofer came that day.

Arrived as anticipated, cleaned up each day. When a problem arose, promptly notified. Foreman introduced self and the person who wrote the contract also checked in during the four day job.

Everything went well. One does pay a bit more for their service, but it is well worth it, and the job is done right the first time.
