"It took about 6 hours to remove the old tub/shower unit, move the drain and install the new unit! The workers made sure our floors were protected as well as furniture. All the workers were very polite and kept us posted on each aspect of the installation. All our questions were addressed immediately. We couldn't be happier or more pleased with the entire process from the quote to the work that was done! High praise for our 3 installers - Austin Dameron, David Beccia and Sergio Angulo. "They were unable to clear the drain through exhaustive effort, and quoted a pipe replacement that would be required to finish the job. The quote to do that work was about $4800.00. I chose to get a second opinion, and they suggested the same repairs, but the quote to do the work was just over half the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. I used the other company and they were great."
