+ -1 moreThis was an excellent experience!!! We didn't want a garage that looked like anything anybody else had! And for some builders that was a problem. But with Rusty this was a pleasure to design and have built! This garage looks more like a Swiss cottage or a barn than a garage Rusty built us a 24' by 24' garage with four extra house windows and built us custom shutters for them. The pitch of the roof was 12/4 so as not to obstruct our view of some trees and Indiana's oldest water tower. This garage looks more like an old barn or a free standing house. I wish I could upload some pictures! When we finished it we actually had some packages delivered to the door of our garage because it look more like a house! My experiences with building is that some builders will balk if you try to get too far from anything standard. This was not the case with Rusty who with his years of experience actually welcomed the opportunity to do something different!
Description of Work: Rusty built us a FULL CUSTOM free standing two car garage. This garage was sided on the outside with plywood and vertical trim to give a very architectural appearance. The garage has four house windows and a half glass door. The inside was also insulated and completely trimmed with OSB and 1x4's. I handled the inside painting, wiring and insulation. I have and electrical car charger, seven very bright LED can lights, an electrical socket every six foot, and three exterior sockets. I also have a custom 2" thick polyurethane garage door. I also have a rough in for a free standing PTAC type heat pump/ AC.

+ 2 moreWe just can?t speak highly enough of the work that they did. We spent about $35000 on that work. We don?t have one complaint and everything turned out well and it looks good. Everything was very esthetically good and he did a good job on the siding. It is an old home, so there were areas that he had to do some more work on. They found a little bit of wood rotting and things like that and they took care of all of that. We spent an additional $6000 for the new roof and gutters. His pricing was excellent compared to 3 other estimates we got. They were here every day and stayed until they had what they needed to have done and there was only one day that they did not work and that was because of the rain.
Description of Work: We used KOH Construction last fall and he did major construction work for us, we had the James Harding siding put on, so he took all the existing siding off, rewrapped the house, put the new siding on, and closed in a screened in porch. We contracted through him to have his people put on a new roof because he found some problems and he also contracted for new gutters.
