"Hired to install electric for a pool. His estimate was higher than others. I had used him to replace exterior light bulbs in the past and thought I could trust him to perform quality work. Terrible work. Installed an old beat up discolored post to put exterior outlet on. The outlet had screws barely in the wood on one side. He was provided with the county rules and still placed the post too close to the pool. He used the cheapest, poor quality material possible, cut through my drainage pipes next to my house without even asking if he could, and left without finishing the job. I had to hire another company to finish the job and fix what he messed up. Home owners beware. If it is anything beyond replacing light bulbs, I would not hire him."

"I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

He even fixed an outlet that was turning lights on and off by itself. I was very impressed with his expertise and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing electric work done. "

"I actually run a large childcare/preschool. Rob and his entire crew installed roughly 20 cameras, ran data cable line for our internet/wifi, installed entry door security and security pads multiple doors to ensure security of the children when in their classroom. They provided us with an app on our phones to view people trying to enter our facility and the app also allows us to unlock our entry doors if someone needs to enter the school, without us having to be at the actual door. This has allowed so much freedom as before, we were stuck to watching the door incase someone needed to gain access. We also had some computer issues that they helped resolve by leading us in the right direction with new computer purchases. Anytime we have the smallest issue, they are quick to resolve it that same day. I have many friends who own/run daycares/preschools and I tell all of them about the services they provide. They are top notch and I promise if they can provide the service youâ re looking forâ ¦..they will deliver what you need and exceed all expectations."
