I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. They were able to accommodate my strict schedule which was greatly appreciated. Lisa recommended I stop by the showroom, and I'm glad I did. The showroom includes many colors and flooring samples along with other goodies for the garage. I decided on the epoxy flooring product, and was able to customize the color of the chips that accent the overall look. The crew arrived on time, were personable and professional. "I had another landscaper out to grade my back lot so that I could plant a lawn. The other guy left a giant hole and big ruts in the yard and left with all my money. Nagas came out to fix what the other guy did and finish the job. They removed several large root balls leftover from fallen trees, dug out some grape vines and ivy, and graded the whole lot to make it ready for grass seed. They ended up doing it in two sessions because of ground moisture and when the regular skid steer wouldn't work because of moisture Jason arranged to have a track loader finish the job. I didn't pay for any of the job until it was all complete. I am now ready for grass seed in time for planting season. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost!
