If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"Mr. Golden and his crew were quick and efficient. They installed new siding on our 50+ years-old house, replacing the original aluminum siding. They started on a Monday, and, after a couple of days of rain, finished one week later. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and we are very pleased with the outcome. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Atlantic Siding began when they said. The job was very extensive and labor intensive as there was a considerable amount of replacement wood involved. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.
