They are very fairly priced and you can tell that they don’t make it a goal to profit off of customers, but rather just make a living. "This is only a limited summary. Buyer, especially seniors, BEWARE! Average product, but very poor installation quality and workmanship. BCI-BathPlanet of Indianapolis arrived an hour late without calling, and no return calls from the office, sales rep., or service manager. They damaged three areas of an adjoining wall into another room using a Sawzall. And, they left without telling me. I had to cleanup the paint and drywall debris. The next day they arrived, and I showed they the damage. They admitted they damaged the wall using the Sawzall. I withheld $500 of my payment. It should have been at least $4,000. They promised the following business day, a Monday, they would have someone call to make the repair that day, but they did not show and did not call. When I called their Customer Service, BCI-BathPlanet would not return my calls total of about 20 times. I had to stop by their office twice but they claimed "there was nothing they could do" to make the service manager return calls. They refused to have the owner call me. Our sales rep. used deceptive sales practices by claiming to be a part-owner. The office told me he was not a part owner. When I visited the office they said I could only talk with the service manager. Shower shelves fell off the walls. Caulking was very poor. After almost three months they finally attempted to make some initial repairs. So.e were satisfactory, but others were so bad I had them remove parts of the decorative trim because they said "it was the best they could do"."

"I had a badly leaking house roof with 35 year old shingles. Called CRP and spoke with the owner, Mr, Rob Foster. He came out asap, we walked the roof and I received a detailed estimate two days later. He answered all my questions via phone and email promptly. He was very congenial and we had an immediate personal connection. Rob, Jeff and their crew arrived at 8 a.m., replaced all questionable wood and reshingled. They also installed some additional, necessary down spouts. All debris was cleaned up and they were finished by 2 p.m. All replacement materials were quality as specified in the original estimate. The crew were hard workers, did not take any breaks and did a beautiful job. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend CRP. Good guys."

"Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc."
