Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. We have many references upon request and also still give hand written estimates describing material, and step by step description of labor process. we give manufactures warranty and 10 yr labor warranty on all roofs. We also offer bank financing and accept credit cards.

"I had a badly leaking house roof with 35 year old shingles. Called CRP and spoke with the owner, Mr, Rob Foster. He came out asap, we walked the roof and I received a detailed estimate two days later. He answered all my questions via phone and email promptly. He was very congenial and we had an immediate personal connection. Rob, Jeff and their crew arrived at 8 a.m., replaced all questionable wood and reshingled. They also installed some additional, necessary down spouts. All debris was cleaned up and they were finished by 2 p.m. All replacement materials were quality as specified in the original estimate. The crew were hard workers, did not take any breaks and did a beautiful job. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend CRP. Good guys."

Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."
