"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. "Ernie - Help Restoration, Inc was excellent to work with throughout the process. He was onsite at the beginning of the project and several times throughout the work. His crew was here on-time when they said they would be here and were a great group of guys. They were polite and worked diligently. The roofing crew was impressive as they had the whole roof replaced and finished in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. It was the same with the siding crew. Siding is a slower process but the crew cleaned everything up at the end of each day. You never had to step around a mess. Ernie followed up after everything was done to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no problems. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience or finished project. We cannot stress enough that you will not find a better value for a roofing, siding or gutter project."
