"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"Mr. Golden and his crew were quick and efficient. They installed new siding on our 50+ years-old house, replacing the original aluminum siding. They started on a Monday, and, after a couple of days of rain, finished one week later. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and we are very pleased with the outcome. He has a good sized crew, so things get done quickly and efficiently."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Atlantic Siding began when they said. The job was very extensive and labor intensive as there was a considerable amount of replacement wood involved. They were very professional and always available for questions we had. They let us know about major problems and how they would be handled and whether we approved or not.

The job was completed quickly and the final result was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely recommend Atlantic Siding to others.

"The price was fine. I had the Angie's List deal with them, so it was good. I thought Barrier Windows final product was very good. We had a couple of hiccups, because they had to scheduled along with with siding people. There were a couple of scheduling hiccups. I did end up having an window broken. The guy slipped. His ladder slipped, and something ended up fallen into the interior window. Some of the discussions about the windows it all was finally fixed, but it certainly didn't add to the experience, and he got hurt. He got a really big gash, and had to go to the hospital with his arm."

Legacy Windows and Mark were excellent to work with.  Replaced all the original wood windows and exterior doors which were 23 years old.  Mark was great to educate us on the different options and window technologies available.  His quote was 30-50% less than 2 other company's quotes including more options than other company's (panes, wood stain match).  From time of order for all of the material it was only 5 weeks till installation.  The color on the exterior vinyl was a good match to our vinyl siding and we had a near exact match on the interior faux stain of the windows which matched an existing wood trim stain.  With Mark's recommendation, we replaced a painted steel front door with a vinyl door stained to match the interior wood trim.  Again an excellent match and we have received many compliments from our neighbors on the new front door; excellent street appeal.

They were very accommodating to our schedule.  The installation crew were very professional, friendly and clean; even had a day or two of inclement weather and they were able to handle it with no problem. The front door required an adjustment several weeks after installation and Legacy was responsive to come out and make the adjustment.

Our house was much warmer (less drafty) during the winter with the new windows and we are enjoying reduced energy cost.  Legacy Window and Mark Spencer are definitely worth considering for any window or door replacement projects!!

"Ernie - Help Restoration, Inc was excellent to work with throughout the process. He was onsite at the beginning of the project and several times throughout the work. His crew was here on-time when they said they would be here and were a great group of guys. They were polite and worked diligently. The roofing crew was impressive as they had the whole roof replaced and finished in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. It was the same with the siding crew. Siding is a slower process but the crew cleaned everything up at the end of each day. You never had to step around a mess. Ernie followed up after everything was done to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no problems. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience or finished project. We cannot stress enough that you will not find a better value for a roofing, siding or gutter project."
