"It went great. The walls were painted while I was out of town. Left town on Monday return on Friday. The work was done when I returned. The original walls were dark. They were painted off white and completely covered the dark color. Existing flaws in the walls were patched up before painting so it can be a smooth job."

"Project went great.  Contractor built a high quality scaffold to reach the chimney and performed the work in 2 days.  The 1st day allowed for the primer and the scratch coat to be installed and the second day allowed for the finish coat.  I asked the contractor to price re-painting the chimney, but his price was too high for me.  However he did offer to allow me to utilize his scaffold to paint it myself.  I appreciated this gesture.  
I have used other stucco contractors in the past and their work failed several years down the road.  Jim Spears Plastering is the only stucco contractor I will use going forward.  Highly recommend this contractor.

They spent a lot of time with us helping us understand what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. "Overall the job went very well.  We had seen the work David had done at our neighbor's home.  His understanding of the fiver cement products was very good.  The crew seemed very efficient and addressed any concerns that came up along the way.  Due to cold weather, we had to get through the winter to get the paint completed.  My only regret is not having the soffit replaced at that time.  David didn't think it was in bad shape, so I let it go.  It's still ok, but I would have liked to do it at that time rather than deal with it down the road.  We also had our old gutters replaced by David with the larger 6" type.  The paint was put on mostly be an airless spraying system, 2 coats were applied.  
The quality of workmanship was good and the paint seems to be holding up well.  We are happy with the end result.  I would call David again if the need arose.
