Keith provides an excellent service. He was very professional and meticulous in his work. He was honest and fair with his pricing. He blended the stucco with the original to the point that it is difficult to tell what was repaired. Would definitely hire again.

After swapping messages a couple times, Keith and I agreed on a time for an estimate. He completed the work about a week later. He was very conscientious of keeping the room and path from the door clean. The ceiling that needed repair had a unique textured surface. Keith patched the hole and came back when dry to put a textured finish coat on that is completely indistinguishable from the original ceiling. You can't even tell that there was ever a repair done. And no painting was required.

Keith Cooper came a few days after initial call to provide an estimate, which we promptly accepted. He started work 9 days later. Loose and cracked sections of the ceilings were removed and the wood lath re-nailed to the joists. These areas were repaired with a base coat and a finish coat. The remaining areas in the rooms received a scim coat of plaster to smooth out the entire ceiling. The ceilings look great. Of course the work in the kitchen left the kitchen inaccessible, but that is understood. The work took 5 days.

Very well. Mr. Cooper gave me a fair estimate. He arrived on time. Was super careful in covering areas and moving items so as not to get them dirty. He was neat and tidy and efficient. The work looks great.

Keith is a true craftsman! It is hard to find a stucco specialist and he is excellent. There is a long wait for his time, so call early, wait patiently for him and you will not be disappointed.

It took a couple of phone calls to reach Keith, but he called back and was out within 2 weeks.  This job required 2 half days of work.  The work looks really good.  Will use him again.

Mr. Cooper came when he said and completed the work that day. I had to ask him to return to go over an area which has cracked and which has now split again. He did not give me an invoice but just the amount. I left a check for him made out to the name of the company. He called a few days later to say I needed to make it to him and I did. He came to pick it up.

I would use him again. Only negative of note was I wish he had protected the area he was working in better. I understand there is dust but a tarp on my hardwood floors would have helped with the post clean-up I had to do.

Keith came the day he promised. Due to in-climate weather the job was prolonged. He did everything he said he would do and the chimney looks just like he said it would when he finished.

Four years ago, we used Jim Spears Plastering to repair the stucco on our chimney, however it did not hold up, and required redoing. Since the remaining parts of the chimney have lasted 13 years, we felt the repair work previously done would have lasted longer than 4 years. We contacted Keith Cooper  and he came out to scope out the work and give us a quote. We felt that he knew what he was doing and scheduled the work. He showed up on schedule and completed the work in two days. We are very pleased with his work.

I noticed an area where the Dryvit was peeling off our house, under a bay window.  We have just put our house up for sale.  Steve put me ahead of some other jobs he had, for an emergency repair.  He replaced the panel of issue and another one, in the color of our dryvit and matched it pretty well.  The seams are not readily apparent, I am sure the home inspector will not notice when he is inspecting.

We have used Keith several times over the years to repair plaster walls. He is absolutely the best at what he does. His prices are reasonable, he shows up when he says he will, and leaves the work area clean. We will always use him when we need plaster work performed  in our home.

Keith Cooper and his assistant arrived promptly and worked on our job for 7 hours. Keith is a 3rd generation plasterer and did an excellent job on our historic home. He called us after the job to make sure we were satisfied.

We have an older home with plaster walls. There were several significant cracks in the walls near the window in my kids' bedroom that were causing the paint to pull away from the wall. We contacted Mr. Cooper and he came later that day to provide an estimate to repair the wall. He seemed very responsive and his estimate was lower than we expected, so we hired him to perform the work the next day. The next day, he was 30 minutes late, which was not a big deal, but I would have appreciated notification because I took the morning off work to be there and was just sitting around waiting for him. When he arrived, he got right to work with another gentleman. He is a perfectionist and when he could not get the wall to look the way he wanted it to (probably becuase we have too much moisture in our walls), he decided to leave for a few hours to let it dry and return later, which worked for me. He was friendly and easy to talk with. Even though the work took longer than he initially expected, he stuck to his low quote. I would use him again in terms of the finished produc, price, and timelinesst, but I did not like that he smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, put dirty coats on my daughter's bed, and tracked snow and dirt through the house. I would pay more to have someone who left my whole house (not just the wall) in the same, if not better, condition than when they arrived.
Response from Cooper Plastering
"Is there a way to not track in snow in the winter? Perhaps you should request workers to take off their boots before entering your home and perhaps you should offer them a place to hang their coat that would be more suitable for you."
