My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. "We recently purchased windows from Home Pro Windows Siding & Doors, LLC, we love the windows. I feel as though they are really well made, durable windows. There were some issues with the installation, bad weather, miscommunication and time consuming. it took 5 days to complete the job, that is not including the original installation date which had to be pushed back due to miscommunication. It seems as though installation would have been faster if there was a team of people instead of just one person. But the installer was great. Very friendly and also concerned with our home, not to get dirt all over our carpets. Everyone we worked with were great! I would definitely recommend these windows."
