My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. It seems as though installation would have been faster if there was a team of people instead of just one person. But the installer was great.
