In addition to cleaning the gutters and fixing the gutter that was leaking we had gutter covers installed on the entire house and three gutters tiled to push water further away from the house. Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful.

This went really well. John and his brother came out and installed the shutters for me. They made little to no mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They are trust worthy and good at what they do. I do not have to watch over them as they work. The shutters look fantastic. They also patched and painted areas on wall that needed to be addressed post installation, and were able to get paint that matched my walls. Have used them before for numerous projects in my house. I trust them both completely, and their work is excellent!
