"Dan did an exceptional job both times. Job #1-We had Dan install our 7" baseboard & shoe moulding in our Fireplace room & Dining room w/closet . Job #2-We brought Dan back to remove old and install new stair tread for about 18 steps. He worked about 10 hrs straight with no lunch or breaks. He had all the tools needed and cleaned up completely after work was completed. So if you're looking for great handyman "Dan is the man". Five star both jobs. I'd load pictures but don't how."

"Joe is who I worked with and he was very quick to respond, polite, reasonable priced and got the work done when he said he would. Sealed around chimney and vents on roof, cleaned, replaced boards and stained deck, looked like new again, when he was done. I was so impressed I have already referred him to my sister and friends. "Brandon responded to my email within 12 hours. He was able to power wash our house and deck the next day which was amazing! He and his team did an excellent job power washing the house siding and deck taking extra care to protect our plants, garden, and flowers. "I recommend Marcos Lara and his crew wholeheartedly. You won't be disappointed. Marcos especially stands out on communication and honesty. 
I appreciated the frequent updates on scheduling and progress. He made some suggestions on paint scheme that resulted in a much better outcome. And the quality of the work was very good, ultimately.
Minor complaints: I gave him a B on professionalism for three reasons:  1) I expect a painting crew to clean up at the end of every day instead of only at the end of the job. We lived for weeks with paint chips and old caulk littering our driveway, walkway, decks, and landscaping. I mentioned this to Marcos at the end of the job and he thanked me for the feedback. I have no doubt that if I had raised the complaint earlier in the project he would have taken care of it.  2) They did not clean up most of their paint splatters and overspray until I pointed it out. I expect painters to clean these things up before I point them out. Most of them anyway.  3) Several areas needed one more coat for full coverage. I had to point these areas out. I expect the painter to notice these things first, and let me know if the job requires more work than originally agreed upon.
ALL my complaints were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Marcos is very customer-oriented. If you make your expectations clear, he will meet them. Marcos is a good listener and is learning fast how to grow a successful business. I imagine if I hired Marcos in a year from now, he will have learned so much more about what customers expect that none of these things would be an issue.

"The Pros
Two gentlemen arrived on site to perform the task.  From start to finish, the task took just a little more than an hour to complete.  Some additional time was needed due to three of the new, candelabra-style bulbs failed almost immediately, causing them to re-position the ladder once again, climb up, and replace the only-minutes-old light bulbs.
Also worth mentioning, the light fixture had some paint drippings (from a recent ceiling painting) on some of its upper-pieces of glass.  This was carefully removed with a razor-based tool before completing the cleaning.
