At this time, I have been unable to get any rebates because he failed to mention I need to also have a furnace that qualifies and there was no receipts on the thermostat to claim that rebate. The day of the install, the guys that were here, did great work. They installed everything and added a damper to furnace(which does not work that great). When the guy installed the thermostat, he installed the wrong one and i had to show him the work order for the correct one. He left and it took a week for him to return to install the correct one. He also left with all the boxes."
