We were told that some of the areas would not come clean as new due to how long it had been since the floor had been laid down(about 30 yrs) We understood this issue. The job was to pull carpet upstairs/downstairs, refinish existing flooring as well as add new flooring on a section of the main floor. "Dana is a very pleasant man, came when he said he would to clean living room, dining room and hall carpet. However the cleaning job was not as good as I had expected. They used a carpet cleaning machine similar to what you could rent yourself. I feel as though the cleaning only brought the dirt to the surface as I noticed my grandsons knees were just as dirty as before the cleaning. I thought about calling them back to redo the job but would it have gotten any cleaner? I'll have it steam cleaned in future"
