"They were early, which is a plus in my book! Very professional and kind to my new and very timid puppy. Then they went to work and all I heard was machinery and hard work. Before I knew it, about an hour later, my house smelled so clean and my rugs were bright again. They are antique Orientals and I had an old dog who loved to lie on them. I waited until she passed to clean them. They sparkle with color now. The couch had a bath of red punch from the new dog and looks great and the futon also looks amazing.
