Parker & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service

They were on time, very responsive and did good work.

Friendly, courteous service, very responsive.  Carpets are cleaner then they have ever been, many tough spots removed. Plan to hire again in the future.

They came in and cleaned up all the water, with blowers to dry out the basement (cement floor, not carpets, but lots of stuff to move and dry out). They were great.

Parker and Sons was very responsive, coming out the night of the damage after a long day to help get us cleaned up.  Through the several day process, they were very professional and courteous.

Several months later, we have no problems with the area they cleaned and you can't even tell it happened.  I'm very happy and would use them again.

Pros:  Friendly workers; professional; short turnaround to get an appointment; got some ground-in sticky gunk out of the carpet that I didn't think could be removed.
Cons:  Showed up almost an hour late and didn't call to let me know.

We called Parker & Sons on a Saturday morning, and they were at our home within hours. They were neat, friendly and took care removing all of our floor covering. We called them a few days before our preferred delivery, and the same two men returned. They not only brought all of the rugs but helped lay every single one, including moving furniture and plants. The entire experience was a breeze, and we would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I called this company on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Great job and very professional. They even arrived a few minutes early!

I called Parker & Sons yesterday. They just left. It was very short notice, since it's Thanksgiving week, but I was desperate, as I have family coming tomorrow. Parker & Sons were wonderful to accommodate me. They came within the time frame they promised, and left 1.5 hours later. My carpets were in serious need of cleaning and I thought it was definitely worth the money I paid. I plan to call them next year--but probably at least one week before Thanksgiving!

I have used them a few times. They have technicians that show up on time, they are always pleasant and they make sure I am always satisfied with the work that is done. The carpet is dry enough to walk on in about four hours.

There were no special spots that had to be removed, so they did just a general cleaning and it was fantastic. They were hard working and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to other people because they were professional and the carpets look great.

I have been using Parker Bros. for years and will use no one else. From scheduling the appt. to seeing a job well done, I have no reason to use anyone else. The guys are very friendly and hard working.

EXCELLENT. HAD BEEN USING THEM FOR THREE YEARS UNTIL MY PET DIED AND FURNITURE/CARPETS NO LONGER NEED TO BE CLEANED. WOULD USE AGAIN. VERY RELIABLE.

MR. PARKER WAS ON TIME FOR OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL IN DEALING WITH US. HIS WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT. OUR CARPETS LOOKED LIKE NEW AGAIN. WE FEEL LIKE HE SAVED US THE EXPENSE OF REPLACING OUR CARPETS.

ERWIN, ONE OF THE WORKERS, HAS COME EACH TIME AND SHOWS GOOD PEOPLE SKILLS, SALESMANSHIP, AND PRIDE IN HIS WORK. I KNOW THAT YOU MAY HAVE OTHER COMPANIES IN THIS CATEGORY, BUT ONE CAN'T HAVE TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING. LIVING IN A HIGH RISE MID-SIZE BUILDING, THERE ARE COMPANIES THAT MAY NOT SERVICE THAT NICHE. PARKER & SONS OBVIOUSLY DOES, AND SO FOR THIS AND THE OTHER REASONS CITED, I POSITIVELY RECOMMEND THEM TO YOU!
