Best floor polishers near Lake Forest, IL

"They were very responsive, making an appointment to be onsite only a business day or two after being called. The technician was polite and answered questions before beginning the job. The process only took a few hours and once the grout had fully dried the floor looked almost new. I had never tried having a tile floor professionally cleaned and I am very pleased with the result. Bella did a great job and I would use them again."

"Kyle and Danielle were awesome. Our floors have never looked this nice. Thank you."

"Modest Tibu and the team at Unique Hardwood Floors are top notch! Estimate was fair and based on square footage. The experienced, professional and friendly team showed up on time and ready to work. Work was completed as promised and the floors look absolutely beautiful! I am extremely happy with the high quality job they did and I would use these guys again in heartbeat!"

"Keith and Chris arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They immediately put booties on their shoes. We walked through each room and reviewed the work that needed to be done. Keith asked me about specific areas that I wanted addressed (blue nail polish on the master bedroom carpet...thought it would never come out but they did it). They worked very quickly and were careful about the walls, railings, furniture, etc. I have two small dogs and they made sure that I knew the solutions were safe for pets. The total time of the job was about 90 minutes and they made sure everything was cleaned and put back where they had found it. The carpets look amazing! I would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone."

"I contacted Marian to remove the ceramic tile in our kitchen and replace it with hardwood to match the rest of the house. We had no idea what was under the tile and many other contractors were afraid to take the job because they didn't want to find out. Marian was confident in his ability to do it and he did not disappoint! He was extremely careful, communicative, and hard working. He removed the tile, replaced the sub-floor, and installed hardwood to match my existing floor in 3 days. We are so happy with the results!"

"Team was very prompt and professional. Got all the stains out and carpeting has never looked better."

"Brian and crew were punctual and professional from start to finish. They cleaned our downstairs carpets, had to move some heavy items to do so, left fans on to help dry the rooms. They also deep cleaned all of our floors on our main floor....hardwood and tile. They did a nice job! They also cleaned several of our "throw" rugs throughout the house. We were pleased with their work."

"From when I made the appointment, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, easy to talk to.  Confirmed appt. with an email with instructions and info.  The cleaners called to say they could come earlier than scheduled which was fine with us.  They were 2 very nice young men, very professional.  We were pleased they put down tarps, corner protectors etc. to protect our wood floors and walls.  They went over the cost and what was to be cleaned.  They just did a beautiful job, very pleased, with how clean the carpet came out.  Even stains I was worried about.  Everything was cleaned up before they left, put back.  We were given instructions and a bottle of spot cleaner.  We would not hesitate to use this company again.  So pleased!!"
