"We were looking to have a new covered patio installed with a fire feature. We had quotes from several different companies but didn’t feel satisfied with either the price or the company ‘s vision. Then we came across Arrowhead. After reaching out to them, we received a phone call within a couple of hours and had an estimate completed by Jim within a few days. We had a general idea of what we wanted but Jim really blew us away by showing us several different options and photos of some their quality of work to help us visualize the plan. Within 1-2 business days, Jim had our estimate with a couple of different options and a 3D plan. Arrowhead was very reasonable in terms of price when comparing to other companies. After thinking things over, we found an idea of a unique outdoor linear fireplace from a website to go along with Jim’s plan for the patio and pavilion. We sent a photo of the fireplace over to Jim and within a day he had a price which was more reasonable than we expected. Jim also had some great ideas when it came to the design of the patio and pavilion. Work began as expected. Jim did an excellent job coordinating all of the different tradesmen to complete our project (patio installers, carpenters, electricians and plumber). All of the workers were very courteous and the project was completed faster than expected even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. We are so happy with our new patio! I was a bit nervous about the entire project at the start but after we met Jim I knew we were in good hands. I would highly recommend Jim and Arrowhead to anyone looking to complete an outdoor project."

"I hired these people to do my backyard and paver. They did an excellent job doing it. When something doesn’t look right to them, they fixed it for free! This is what I call a good service. The price was reasonable and affordable, it’s better than other deals I’ve seen. Their service goes beyond five-stars. If there was a higher option, I would give it ten-stars! The finished product looked, Clean, Beautiful, and they really put a lot of effort into my backyard. Now when I glance at my backyard, it looked much better than before. "There were large gaps between the pavers at the end of my driveway. When Pat got here, he convinced me to do additional work in other areas of the driveway. On the next visit, Pat said I should cut back some trees and shrubs around my property. A mature birch tree and an evergreen shrub was cut down to a stump, while I wasn't home. This appears to be part of his MO - as he added many things to the "verbal contract" every chance he got, doubling the contract price without providing any paperwork or receiving any signed approvals. Then when it came to payment he REQUIRED CASH. I am a small Asian woman and when questioning the quality of work he got visibly frustrated and shouted at me in front of my 8 year old that "[he] should have known better than to deal with a...." at which point I asked him to leave my property. The "great job" he did leaves my driveway looking aesthetically worse than when he started, and my pavers are still shifting - wish I could upload a short video."

J&S did a great job of understanding what we wanted and gave us a fair quote. The demo crew did a great job ripping the old one out, backfilling with new gravel base, and compacting with no damage to existing lawn or concrete. The asphalt crew did a great job laying the asphalt, hand tamping edges, and compacting. Both crews were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up nicely. Driveway looks great, and we are very happy we hired J&S."
