Daniel was helpful and reassuring and did excellent and prompt work identifying the problem. It shocked me to be able to work on it the next day. It took two days to complete the repairs, and the work was well done. My window issue has been fixed. I appreciate all the work Daniel did to explain things to me and his quality of work as well. "I initially called Brian to fix a toilet leak on a new toilet that someone else had recently installed. He came over right away to fix that. He also verified the problems I thought existed with the original install. I was so impressed with his work, personality, and level of care that I hired him to change out the dining room chandelier, loft ceiling fan and 3 ceiling fixtures. I also had an old water leak stain in the dining room ceiling that he repaired/painted. I ended up not liking the brightness of the LED ceiling fixtures and he was kind enough to pick up some dimmers for me. He's considerate and doesn't leave a mess.
