His employees made some major mistakes (they had to re-do a complete shower tile job, and faulty bathtub plumbing caused a leak through ceiling below). Robert did follow through and made the necessary fixes even though they caused some lengthly delays. There was one exception. We had Robert install a new bathroom door. It started to stick and would not close unless a forceful pull or push was made (therefore it was very loud). We asked him to look at it. He agreed it was sticking and said he would have one of his men take a look and fix it. More than three months later, after numerous texts and verbal assurances he would fix it, nothing had been done. Excuses were given, including staffing problems and a busy schedule. We finally had to hire our own handyman at a cost of $172 to get the door fixed."

"Titan Builders made my house into a palace. I achieved all of my goals. The water leakage was stopped. Every room in the house was completely gutted out and renovated including a new kitchen, bathrom and three bedrooms. A wonderful play room was added to the basement with an additional kitchen area. A new washer and dryer was installed in the kitchen area in the basement. The garage was reinforced with new siding and the fence around the house was painted in a beautiful silver colour. The renovation was worth every penny that I invested. if I had a second house to renovate, I would certainly use Titan Builders services again. "The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the whole basement (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, storage, play area, tv area and bar/kitchen in addition to building it out. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work are impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built all the shelves and wine rack in the bar area and built a frame around the chalkboard paint int he kids area. They stayed on schedule unless there was something out of their control holding them up (I had some issues with the countertops). I would highly recommend this professional team."
