"I had such an amazing experience with Avanti Stone. I spoke to Maurizio on a Wednesday and they were able to come out the very next day. There was an area on my granite countertop that was worn/dull due to cleaning. Avanti was able to restore the granite to new and blend it very well with the area around the area. No, soapstone does not crack easily. The softness of the material protects it from cracking but makes it prone to other types of damage such as scratches.
