Linda was thoughtful and thorough. She careful looked over everything and even brought a large, bright light since it was after dark. She took her time, answered all of our questions, and gave us advice on other concerns and things to watch out for as well as reassuring us about things we didn't need to worry about in this situation. "Upon a negative review on Yelp due to multiple professionals firmly contesting the conclusions drawn in the report written by Himanshu, I was contacted endless by A-Squared. My attorney has recommend that I do not have any direct communication with A-Squared. When I did not respond to a dozen calls/texts/emails received in a single day (Memorial Day!), A-Squared attempted to contact me less than 24 hours later at my place of employment. I communicated that I have been advised by my attorney to cease all contact and hung up. This did not deter them from calling back immediately. I contacted the Westmont Police in an attempt to get this harassment to stop. The officer said they would reach out to A-Squared. My partner still received a call yesterday. This level of unprofessional conduct should be a red flag to others. I have had multiple professionals out to my home about 6 months after using A-Squared to inspect the home prior to purchase. All of them have said the structural engineer I used prior to purchase is extremely incompetent or a flat-out fraud. The home has severe foundation issues and the other professionals either shook their heads in disbelief or laughed at the conclusions drawn when reading the report I received from A-Squared. "
