"Excellent. Miracle Method was contracted by the tub manufacturer to make a repair under warranty. The owner first came and made an assessment. Kyle from the Mackinaw office did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional and skilled. Also want to complement both ladies from the office I spoke with prior. Warranty or no warranty, I was apprehensive about the possibility of diminished returns regarding the repair. They were both forthright in explaining my "what if" concerns in a patient and understanding manner. Each person did great!"

Reglazing a bathtub can last as few as three years and up to 15 years. With proper application, the recoated surface is as durable as a brand-new tub. Clean your tub properly and avoid using abrasive cleaners to maintain the coating. If the weather conditions were cold or humid during resurfacing or the tub was significantly damaged, the reglazing may not last as long.

Even at the lowest setting, there’s always a risk that pressure washing might damage your shower or tub. There are a few ways to check whether your tub is fiberglass or acrylic. If your tub is a color other than white, then your tub is likely acrylic (as fiberglass tubs are usually white). Check to see if there is discoloration on the bottom of the tub, because if it’s yellowed, then you can be fairly sure it’s fiberglass.

Also, fiberglass tubs have thinner edges and are cool to the touch. Acrylic, on the other hand, is either room temperature or warm to the touch.
