"Everything than can go wrong, has gone wrong with this company. None of their technicians know how to diagnose issues so their go to is to sell you a new unit. They once told me I needed a new sump pump for 3000 dollars, only for another company tell me I only needed a 250 dollar switch. This is after I had already bought a new furnace from four seasons a year prior. They clearly only care about selling you new equipment. Against my better judgement, I called them to service my AC as it stopped working during 100 degree weather. They tell me I need a new one. They took their time coming out to me during this heatwave and then are unable to install it because the previous technician misdiagnosed the issue. A BRAND NEW UNIT IS NOT WORKING FROM THEM. And they left without finishing the job, I am now sleeping in a near 90 degree house with 2 seniors and a dog that just had surgery. This company is soulless."

They said they could give me a very good deal on a new AC with all parts and labor included if and when I choose to replace the AC unit with them. Even though the unit was not fixed because it was frankly beyond repair, I am still satisfied by their dedicated effort, honesty and professionalism. I will most likely buy a new AC from One Hour AC of Naperville in the near future."
