"I SET UP AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT WITH BOB (THE GENERAL MANAGER). DURING THE VISIT, BOB MEASURED THE WINDOWS & PROVIDED US WITH A FREE ESTIMATE ALONG WITH HELPFUL ADVICE WITHOUT ANY SALES PRESSURE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY QUICK & PROFESSIONAL. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. THE TINTING DEFINITELY HELPS THE HOUSE STAY COOLER IN THE SUMMER WITHOUT BLOCKING THE VIEW & AM THINKING ABOUT HAVING MORE WINDOWS TINTED. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THAT AFTER THE INSTALLERS LEFT I NOTICED THERE WERE SOME MINOR STAINS ON THE CARPET FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE LADDER (HOWEVER, THE STAINS WERE EASILY REMOVED WITH SOME CARPET CLEANER)."

"We remodeled two bathrooks and had MadCity install a new bathtub, surround and sliding glass door in one bathrrom and install a new shower, surround and glass door in the other. The work was completed in two days and we love how they look and work. Any time we need something repaired, they are back so quickly to repair anything we need. There is a lifetime guarantee on the projects that goes with the house - if we sell the house, the guarantee goes to the new owners."

Small jobs welcome
"Wanted to improve the appearance of the second bathroom. Some light mold had accumulated on the bath tub caulking and a porcelain soap dish had been broken years ago by my daughter. Hired Mr. Handyman based on Angie's List reviews. The work was done in two trips. On the first trip the tub was re-caulked and the remnants of the soap dish removed (not as easy as it sounds as the dish was really on there). I then purchased a like soap dish and the same gentlemen returned to install. No trip charge was assessed for the second visit. All work was done efficiently and to satisfaction. Will definitely use this company again if a need arises.

"I hired them to replace my windows. Great folks!"

The cost to repair a window is $400 on average, with prices ranging from $75 to $1,500, depending on the window size, the broken part, and the window type. Broken glass and window frames are typically the most expensive window repairs, while minor fixes like repairing the track, seal, and sash are more affordable. Other cost factors include:
Number of panes
Window material
Accessibility
Labor costs
Emergency window repair
If you have a problem with your window, such as broken glass, minor leaks, or a problem with your window being stuck, repairing the broken part might be a cheaper option than replacing the entire window. However, if you have a deteriorating window frame or major leaks, buying a new window will be the better long-term solution.
Stained glass window repairs cost about $300 on average. Typical prices range from $65 to $800, depending on the size, location, repairs needed, and whether you need to fully or partially replace the window. Full stained glass window replacements can cost $700 to $5,000 per panel. The repair type also impacts repair costs:
Crack: $100–$300
Faded glass: $100–$300
Regrouting: $200–$500
Cement replacement: $200–$500
New window frame: $200–$500
Cleaning: $300–$600
Resoldering joints: $500–$1,500
Replacing reinforcing bars: $700–$3,000
Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
The type of window repairs required significantly impacts the project cost. It’s always best to hire a local window repair company for this kind of work. The most common window parts that need repair include:
Broken seal or fogginess between panes: $70–$245
Cracked pane: $40–$100
Broken glass: $200–$2,000
Sash, seal, or track: $200–$600
Latch or hardware: $75–$200
Broken window frame: $175–$1,000
Replace window screen: $140–$480
