"I can’t believe how happy I am to have chosen (and WAITED FOR!) Universal Windows Direct! It took 16 weeks from signing the contract, to getting the patio door and window made at the factory, to scheduling the install. Today was installation day. After seeing the quality of the products I felt the wait was totally worth it. The installer—Mr. C. Robertson—was obviously an expert window installer. He explained everything and installed the door AND second floor window by himself. Yes, he was his own crew and not one issue or problem came up. "Matt arrived on time and was efficient at replacing floor tiles. Do you think customer service is gone, well so did we until Matt Hemingway came to replace three broken tiles. He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Excellent job. Highly recommend."
