"I selected Prime Bath originally because of their quick response to my inquiries. Their representative Kevin came right out to the house within days. He was well prepared to discuss my needs and find solutions. I had some unusual requirements. I was looking to have a large, walk-in Handicapped shower installed in the corner of a medium-sized master bath. I was specific with how I wanted it and was told there would be no problem meeting my needs. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that day and was very satisfied to sign a contract for the work at the agreed-upon price. It took a few or so weeks to get the work scheduled but not an unreasonable amount of time. Kevin was always available for updates. When the crew of two did arrive they were very courteous and conscientious. Mats on the floor and a minimum of noise and dust. In less than two days I had a beautiful, professionally installed shower built to my exact specifications. A few days later Kevin contacted me to check to make sure I was completely happy with the job. I cannot recommend Prime Bath highly enough. They are the best contractors of any kind I've ever dealt with and would call them again for any bathroom work I would have done in the future. Waited for an hour and no show. This is not how business works. Can't trust your company already since you can't even committee a simple appointment. Very disappointed and waisted my valuable time. Please don't call my number anymore. I would give no star but not an option. Highly NOT recommended!!"

"Hector , Jose and Martha are extremely nice and they do a wonderful job. I had them paint my entire house, remove and install new flooring throughout the home, insulate my attic and install an attic ladder. Drywall my garage ceiling, clean out my crawlspace, install a ceramic tile shower, build a front deck and power wash my entire home. They also cleaned and revarnish my cabinets and all the woodwork in the home, including a beautiful front door that needed to be sanded and varnished. They can basically do everything. Everything came out very nice and if you had anything that you wanted changed or corrected, they took care of it right away. I am thankful that we have them as our home contractor. Would recommend them to everyone. No job too big or too small for them. It has been a pleasure working with them."

"RVA completely redid our bathroom AND our whole basement. They did tile flooring, toilet, vanity and sink, a brand new tub/shower combo with glass doors, basement drywall, prime, paint, and trim. They installed carpet with tile at the landing of the stairs as well as in the office. They were so kind and professional. They did amazing work and communicated with us along the way.
