Get matched with top foundation drain installation pros in Thornton, IL

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Real Seal in July 2024. They fixed a bowing foundation and waterproofed the basement for future finishing. Their team was prompt, respectful, organized and thoroughly educated us on the drainage tile system, installation process and prevention. Thank you, Real Seal for being the flawless first step to our dream basement/family space!"

"If you are ever in need of a fantastic sewer/drain/plumbing company, you should absolutely contact Flo-Maxx!! As a first time homeowner, I unexpectedly walked into a laundry list of issues. After having one company tell me I was a low priority, Flo-Maxx came to my rescue and from the first phone call they were a joy to work with. Every job they worked on they were prompt, communicative, courteous and honest. They put up with my 10,000 questions and always treated me with respect (rather than just as an unknowledgeable girl). They are not the cheapest option out there, but they are far more reasonable than the bigger/impersonal companies. Add to it that they truly take pride in their work, with Flo-Maxx you happily get more than what you pay for. Due to the number of issues this old house had I probably know Joe and his team better than I know my neighbors. Boss Man Joe, Martin, Kevin, Hassan, Mario, Elias, Felix, David and Luis were all a delight to work with. It didn't matter if it was sunny/60, thunderstorms, or snowing; weekday or weekend, they always showed up with a great attitude and ready to help. Special props to Martha too for being the gate keeper of it all and answering my many phone calls. Long story short, I will hands-down always recommend Flo-Maxx Sewer and Drain. Stop wasting time reading other reviews... just call them now. List of work done (so far) - Hydrojet to clear sewer back-up (twice), fixed leaking drain in laundry sink, replaced water heater & expansion tank, replaced ancient flood control system with lift station"

"I got the referral from home advisor, and Anthony called about 3 hours later, and said he could come by in about 2 hours. About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. His first priority was that my drain was cleared. He made me feel as though he really cared his work, and his customers. I will be calling him back for the minor work as soon as I can. Thanks"

"Josue did a great job, he identified a foundation issue not caught during the initial visit and was able to repair it"

"I first discussed this job with Patrick in October 2018 as they were out to remedy an issue with my old catch basin and I wanted to budget for the basin. I got an estimate and called in February 2019 to schedule to get the work done. Patrick was responsive to the request to schedule the work. They got all the materials upfront and I paid half at the start and the balance after the completion. It took two days to complete the job. They also added new main drain line from the basin to the house. They camera inspected the line before leaving. I also got a 10 year warranty that is transferable if I sell the home. This is the second job that Patrick worked on at my rental and I am happy with the work and cost. Also he looked at a slow draining sink for us. Patrick is very knowledgeable and reliable."

"Friendly professional service. We needed to replace the shut off valve in our bathroom. Asked if he would have time to fix the sink drain and that was done as well."

"I would like to thank Mariano and crew from Chicago Basement Systems for the very efficient work they performed in my home crawl space. They replaced my failed sump pump and drain tile; installed a Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier; installed a backup battery; installed steel beams and piers; installed a waterproofing membrane on the crawl space floor; and encapsulated the entire crawl space. Now I don't smell odors seeping from my crawl space, and my house no longer shakes when cars drive over the city speed bump outside my house. Also, I can now use my clean dry crawl space for extra storage. Thank you Chicago Basement Systems for peace of mind knowing that this project has a lifetime transferrable warranty. I highly recommend Chicago Basement Systems for crawl space repairs!"

"I noticed there was water in the cabinet under my kitchen sink.  I turned on the kitchen faucet and noted the U drain was dripping water.  I placed a pot under the drip with a towel under the pot.  I then did a search on Angie's list to find a plumber.  The first name that came up was Charlies Plumbing - Heating and Sewerage Service.  I noted on the map that he had done work in my area. Since it was late in the day, I waited until morning to call.  Charlie answered his phone after just a few rings.  I told him my problem and where I lived.  He stated he was at a job and would call me later.  He called a few hours later and stated he could stop by and check out the problem.  True to his word, he rang the bell and Charlie and a co worker diagnosed the problem quickly - the pipe was cracked and needed to be replaced.  He had the part that needed replacement and completed the job.  I would definitely call Charlies Plumbing again and recommend his plumbing services.

"I am sure this company is fine but my plumbing problem turned out to be an EMERGENCY issue, so I had to call another company that could come out immediately."
