"The handyman that arrived was not comfortable with the estimate. He suggested the job be done on Hourly rate to determine time that it would take after he tries to do one of 7 openings. That was too open ended and the conclusion could not be determined. Ultimately, agreed to not proceed. This was done with myself sending photos of Gazebo. That was reason that handyman was not comfortable with estimate. Big waste of time for all of us. He did do a great job on the storage door. It was not handyman’s fault this turned out the way it did. I recommend you Be careful in acceptIng estimate done purely with photos."

"Good value and good communication. Marco was able to start our re-decking project early due to weather conditions. He was very flexible with respect to keeping costs low, but refused to sacrifice quality. Late on a Friday he ran out of full length boards, and even though Iâ d approved allowing him to piece boards together, he decided to go back and get more wood since he didnâ t think weâ d be satisfied with the end result. He did this even though he knew it would delay the start of his weekend. Weâ re very pleased with the end result! Weâ ve recommended him to a number of people in the homeowners association."

"Our new screen enclosure is a haven! We are out there every day, with 3 cats, music, twinkly lights and nature all around (bundled in layers with temps now dipping into the 30s). Affordable Screen and Patio Enclosures made our wish come true, something we thought was out of reach. After meeting with several contractorsâ so many design options, techo-features, price tiers to choose fromâ we sat down out on our deck with Dave Maloney and knew Affordable was our choice. It wasnâ t because of price, folksy sales-speak, flashy literature, big promises. It was because our gut told us: integrity, commitment to quality. That was our introduction.
