"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"Josef does excellent work - I would hire him again. He replaced a 15 foot railing in front of my home. He took extra care to match the color of the stain (including sending me pics from the hardware store to confirm). Scheduling took a more back and forth than expected but it was worth the wait."

"The handyman that arrived was not comfortable with the estimate. He suggested the job be done on Hourly rate to determine time that it would take after he tries to do one of 7 openings. That was too open ended and the conclusion could not be determined. Ultimately, agreed to not proceed. This was done with myself sending photos of Gazebo. That was reason that handyman was not comfortable with estimate. Big waste of time for all of us. He did do a great job on the storage door. It was not handyman’s fault this turned out the way it did. I recommend you Be careful in acceptIng estimate done purely with photos."

"They did an excellent job. I will be using their services again for future projects."

"Excellent communication from start to finish, fair pricing, and the tile work turned out great. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend."

"It went great! We love that the project took only 3 days and that Mal Graifman was on site each day, making sure things went smoothly. From the moment we contacted Mal and asked our numerous questions, we had a absolutely great experience. Mal went way above and beyond doing research into a roof problem we encountered and came back to fix that. This was my type of company; one that responded quickly, and took the time to fully explain the project. We will definitely use Professional Home Improvement again and even got a quote for our next project to side our home."

"Fantastic! I will never use anyone else. This is the third time I have used them and they have been consistently excellent. They are meticulous, skilled, experienced, prompt, professional, and really nice guys. What I was actually most pleased with is that they took their time to do the job right--for example, staining the banister requires thorough drying between coats, and rather than rush the job, they patiently waited a day in between coats to make sure it took properly. I'm not sure many others would have done that. Maybe you can find someone cheaper, maybe not. But for quality for the money I consider them a best value."
