"I emailed Mal early Thursday morning and a piece of my soffit fascia had fallen off the second story of my house. He called me back within a couple of hours, but we kept missing each other. He finally called at dinner time and talked to him. He agreed to come to the house the next day to see what needed to be done. He arrived at the time he said he would, gave a fair estimate for the immediate work, but also said he will have his men look at all the soffit and put in nails as needed.
