Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day.
