"I had a previous company come out to clean and inspect my furnaces and central air units.  This company found a problem with my upstairs furnace and I wanted a second opinion so I called JML Heating and Cooling.  Jon from JML made time for me with short notice and showed up on time, even a little early (which was nice since I still had to go to work that afternoon).  He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and even showed me how he knew it actually was the problem (which was not the problem the previous company said it was).  Turns out my upstairs thermostat was bad.  He installed a new programmable thermostat and gave me basic instruction on how to use it as well as basic troubleshooting for my particular furnace.  I highly recommend Jon from JML Heating and Cooling.

"Tim came out to our home and spent about 3 hours with us evaluating our needs. He did steer us away from some of the most expensive options, stating that we did not need them and they would not provide enough of a return to justify the added cost. The install crew was about 20 minutes late which was not surprising given the distance between their shop and our home. They did call to let us know they were running late due to traffic. With everything they were uninstalling and installing, it was a long day for the crew, but they got everything up and running great. One glitch they had was that they gave me a choice between 2 thermostats and the one I chose did not work so they had to install a different one to get us up and running and come back about 1 week later to install the one we wanted."
