"JML did a great job replacing a cracked portion of a condensate line in my attic. The cracked PVC was up in the attic which is in a tight spot. Derek showed up the next day after I called and went up into the attic found the crack and replaced the pipe in a hour. There was only professionalism from him despite having to be in a hot tight attic digging through insulation for a hour replacing this condensate line. I would definitely hire this company again for any HVAC / Water Heater needs."

"Brian was the sales person and thankfully he was the first person of four to bid on our job. He took the time to explain what we really needed, why we needed it as well as what we didn't need and why we didn't need it. His professionalism, knowledge and ability to explain HVAC to someone who is not familiar with it made all of the difference. None of the other three companies met the standard he set. The real icing on the cake was that the TR Miller bid was also the most affordable.
Ben and his team came to install the system today. They were on time. They were very accommodating. They worked quickly, efficiently, remarkably quietly and effectively. Ben took the time to explain how everything was installed and why it was installed the way it was. He also explained fully how the thermostat and humidifier work.
Our house, inside and out, is cleaner and neater than when they began their work.

"Jose was on time and started working right away. He cleaned every single vent in the property along with the AC Coils and Dryer vent. Went above and beyond by cleaning the exterior of the air handler, something I don't think was included in the service but I had asked him originally if he knew someone who could do it (the answer was not really, but he did it himself anyway). Didn't notice he had done it until he had already left, but I truly appreciate it! Would definitely hire again!"

"My AC died on me in the middle of the night, so I texted them instead, using the Home Advisor App...They responded before I had my first cup of coffee in the morning! A 3-ton AC unit is probably too big for a home that’s 1,200 square feet. If you have a 1,200-square-foot home, you likely need a unit that’s somewhere around 1.9 and 2 tons. An AC unit that’s too large will be really inefficient and cost you a lot of extra money on your bills. 

Setting your AC unit to 78 degrees can, indeed, help you save energy. In fact, according to experts, every degree you turn the unit up could save you between 1% and 3% on your energy bills.
