Derek showed up the next day after I called and went up into the attic found the crack and replaced the pipe in a hour. There was only professionalism from him despite having to be in a hot tight attic digging through insulation for a hour replacing this condensate line. I would definitely hire this company again for any HVAC / Water Heater needs."
