"Pharaoh and Will did a great job cleaning our rec room, bedrooms and an Oriental rug in the living room. They were very thorough and were able to get out 10 year old food stains, pet stains and cigarette smoke. I've been using them for years on my apartment buildings and I highly recommend them."

"Modest and his crew were very quick and did an amazing job getting the floors done on our new house. The job was to pull carpet upstairs/downstairs, refinish existing flooring as well as add new flooring on a section of the main floor. My wife and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough everything looks like new and was done within a few days!"

"It turned out well. He came in and did what he said he could due, based on the condition that the carpets was in. He did this in 2 rooms; living room, dining room and a little vest view 4x5 area. He brought an assistant. It took them about an hour and a half to 2 hours to complete the work. He came right away and looked at the carpet, he told me what he could do. He did do a good job and gave us some tips if we wanted to clean it up a little bit more. They had the best prices than some other quotes that we got. He was running about 30 minutes late, but he did call me to let me know ahead of time."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

The answer to this question depends on how large the room is and how much experience you have stripping and waxing floors. It will take at least 24 hours to strip the floors, then you must allow time for drying, waxing, waiting for them to cure, and, finally, buffing them. Since you likely will not be working for the full 24 hours, it is safe to say that this is a two- or three-day job.

No, you cannot use vinegar to polish marble. It is too acidic for cleaning or polishing and can etch the surface. Instead, opt for non-acidic cleaners made specifically for marble. Follow the manufacturer’s directions to ensure proper application and to protect the marble. However, a damp mop can be an effective marble cleaner when used appropriately and as long as moisture is immediately soaked up.

The cost of stone restoration typically ranges from $5 to $10 per square foot. The final price depends on several factors, including the type of stone, the extent of the damage, the level of polish required, and the labor intensity of the job.

No, soapstone does not crack easily. The softness of the material protects it from cracking but makes it prone to other types of damage such as scratches. Scratches may need to be buffed out occasionally using fine-grit sandpaper. You can also conceal minor scratches in your soapstone countertops by rubbing the surface with mineral oil.

Clean regularly, check for cracks, and inspect the chimney annually for safety.
