I hired this contractor for demo and this was an absolutely horrible experience. It says they have been in service for 16 years. It is more like hired 16 year olds to do the job. I seen it for myself. I paid for a professional demolition people not children. They told me that the screws and nails were not part of demolition. They were trying to charge me extra for that. they stated they would remove all the nails and screws in the wood. When I checked on their work, they took a sawzall to cut them off. Instead of removing them with a hammer like they should have. Now it is gonna cost me more money to fix that problem. They also charge me for an extra dumpster for my debris. They bought the smallest dumpster possible. Meanwhile, they were dumping the debris into the abandoned house next-door. They knocked out my window, and with the doors made a bridge to do the dumping. After all was said and done. There was still debris in my grass, on the sidewalk and in the street.

Very well done with the cleaning

Maria and her team did a deep clean of my house before I moved in. She was friendly, professional and very responsive via phone. They went above and beyond and didn't stop working until my home was spotless! Maria takes pride in her work and it shows. Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the work they do. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

For the size of my apartment, I felt the price was a bit much, but I still chose this company because I needed it cleaned asap. The overall service was ok...but there was one thing I specifically asked to be cleaned, and it wasn't. There was a small amount of grout between a few of my shower tiles that I thought would be cleaned, but it wasn't. Baseboards and walls were left dusty and fingerprinted (the gentleman cleaning the kitchen left his own prints on the wall). It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that some of my dishes were still dirty!! I had to re-wash most of my silverware, a pot lid, and 2 large Tupperware bowls. That was the most upsetting, to pay a company over $100 to clean, and be left with dirty dishes. I had everything one would need to get dishes clean, right under the sink. Bleach, dish soap, brillo pads, and SOS pads. Thanks, but I will not be using this service again.
