She was totally professional and very patient with helping us make the right decision, which wasn't an easy thing to do with us. She explained all the aspects of the difference choices in flooring several times to us which helped with our decision. She kept in touch with us throughout the installment to make sure things were going smoothly. The installers we had were polite and also very professional. Made sure things were put in the right way. We are the largest wood floor re-finishers in the world. Completely 100% dust free and certified green. Most jobs completed in just 6 to 9 hours and you can walk right on your floors as soon as our service is complete.Call us before you sand!

"Terrible. Floor boards replaced and they looked great originally but eight months later the floor is sinking and mr. Sandless says there is nothing they can do. Paid $1200 and the floors don’t look any different. The best part of the work was the board replacement and now that’s a loss. Would never hire again. Rude to my wife…yelling “ I ain’t moving no stove”. Just awful but we endured it hoping to see floors that were shiny and beautiful…going to just replace entire floor."
