"Hector and his crew did an outstanding job. My wife and I are very pleased with the work performed as well as how Hector provided excellent customer service. He and his team went out of their way to ensure we were involved and happy with the process, from scheduling to explanations of the process and what to expect. Hector gave us great advice on what to do after they are gone and what they can be called for for follow up. The crew worked hard, long hours to get the job done as promptly as possible, even coming in over both Saturday and Sunday. I have to mention that I called Hector after interviewing six other contractors in the area, that had not satisfied me to hire them. I decided to expand my search on Angie's List and I saw Professional Concrete and all the great reviews it had. I decided to contact them and ask if they would come out even though they are in Kenosha. And they did come out. Hector impressed us right away. His patience and ability of explaining what to expect was what we were looking for. The price we paid is fair and we are very happy. The completed work is great. The driveway is perfect.
