"I have hired Permaseal to fix my unleveled patio concrete floor that was and still causing rain water to get to my basement, I have paid them $2,014.33 as down payment, they showed up one month later for the job, which is injecting foam under the concrete slab to lift it back to its original correct level. I came back home that day to find out that they have left and that the concrete slab was not only still unleveled, but they cracked it and patched it on multiple locations. I have called their customer care number more than a dozen times in attempt to understand what is going on, and on each occasion, I was told that the project manager was going to contact me back, which never happened until i made the next call, They have finally explained to me over the phone that it was the best they could do and that they could not fix my patio floor. I asked for a refund and did not hear back. I have documented pictures of before and after showing that the job was not done and cancelled the check with the remaining balance. I have not heard anything back from them since then, until i started getting debt collectors' emails on December the 5th from a business called FCR Services."

The cracks are growing longer and wider and new ones are forming all over my driveway- down the center of the whole driveway, along the sides and in between. The owner of Total paving George Lozada even noted on an invoice that “a notable amount of cracking , which is not typical for a year old driveway , has become an issue that may not be resolved by typical repair methods”However, he would not redo the driveway which is under WARRANTY unless I hired a soil Expert and agreed to pay for the dig up of the old driveway undercutting and new asphalt which was going to be the case as asking for a driveway without cracks was opening a can of worms . I already paid 11,589 and am not going pay for a redo .The Total Paving says they Guarantee an esthetically complete driveway that shows off its quality through its beauty”- that is Not my Cracked driveway! Total Paving website states “our commitment to you is to provide a strong and durable pavement that us functional , reliable for years to come “ - that is Not my Cracked driveway.Total Paving website states “the proper steps are taken to install a driveway that lasts “-that us not my Cracked driveway!
