"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive. "

Also fixed another inlet that we usually don't use that was found to be poorly wired by the system installer. Looked at our kitchen and offered to change the color of the replacement part to better match things vs. just replacing with the white that was there. Very polite, called to let us know when his prior stop ran longer than expected. Any future issues with our central vac. we know who we'll be calling!"

He arrived on time and fixed our problem in minutes. He also looked at a nonfunctioning trash compactor and showed us an "on" button that had inadvertently been turned off. Reasonable charges. "I hired Bill to replace the ice machine in my refrigerator. After he installed it, it did not produce ice. He brought over a new one and installed it. It did not work. He tried a 3rd time with the same results. He then blamed the manufacturer claiming all of their ice machines are faulty. He had no solution. I hired another company to look at the latest new one from Bill. They identified the problem within minutes and we’re out of the door in 15 minutes, I had a working ice machine. Bill did not wire it correctly!! For over a year Bill has promised to return what I paid to the company that fixed it. After many texts, he has gone silent. Save yourself the grief and hire someone who is qualified and honest, which Bill is not."
