DINO'S FLOORING

They were fast and efficient with high quality. I know this company as BNW, Inc. out of Highland Park, IL I did not like the stain smell and it made both me and my dog sick. But they did offer a less smelly version. I chose this due to having an animal in a high traffic area.

The whole process went pretty good. If I had it to do over I would probably go with someone a little closer to home. Dino's showroom was pretty far away from us so it was not really convenient to go there. Plus, having never done this I needed to take a little more time picking things out and I didn't really feel like I could take that time. They are definitely fast - so if you need a job done fast and good - I would recommend them. We've had some issues with the carpet we purchased - it peels a lot - and our vacuum doesn't really work very well on it. The vacuum repair shop said our "salesman" should have told us the vacuum we have would not work on our new carpet. I guess we need a canister vacuum for this particular kind of carpet. I did try to get in touch with Dino about this issue, but I never heard back from them. Dino is very nice and very pleasant and as far as I can tell the workmanship was good.
