It was wonderful working with Rolando! He and his crew did a great job repairing a 100+ year old brick storefront that had fallen in to disrepair. Customer service was fantastic, and the work itself outstanding. They went to great lengths to match the existing brick. I would whole heartedly...

Had 10 casement sash replaced and Mark was great. Each sash replaced quickly, cleanly, with no problems. It was great to know that Anderson still made my window after 30yrs. and that a company like Window Pros, Inc. is available to install or repair them. Fantastic job. I'll use them again...

This is the second time I have hired this company for a job and I have not been disappointed. I received detailed, accurate and prompt information that helped me repair my own home and make decisions about a potential purchase. This is my go-to place for inspection and testing.

First words out of sales man's mouth was the back corner of basement was most likely broken away. Stated that the wall needed to be dug up, pinned and removed. When we pointed out that the cracks were 1/32 wide and were not leaking, he just told us they would be. The second vendor did not...

We contracted with Dan at the end of September 2013 to perform repairs to our seawall. Our lake fluctuates in height significantly during the year and we wanted the repairs done in the fall because the lake was low. In fact, in October of that year, the seawall was exposed all the way down...

"I went to Angi to look for someone to put a small door up on an opening in the wall above my staircase in the living room. The closest I could get to what I needed done was drywall install. So that’s the listing I asked for with Angi. I got 2 companies. I requested quotes from both companies , but neither one responded with a quote. I received a text from someone about the job I needed done. I never got a name from the person that texted me or the company he worked for. In my haste to get the job set up I didn’t ask his name or what company he worked for. He asked me to send pictures of the job I wanted done and I did that and he quoted me a price of $ 220.00. I accepted. We texted back and forth ma couple times more for what day and time to do it. In all those texts I never got a name for him or the company he worked for. I saved the texts back and forth between us and when I did not have a receipt for the work done I used our texts to one another to reach out with another text about needing a receipt. Instead I got a call back from a quite rude person that when I answered she said what’s going on here. She did not identify herself to me or why she was calling me at first. She never did identify herself to me but I finally figured out that she was calling about the text I sent about needing a receipt. She was concerned that I wasn’t happy with the work done. I told her that was Okay, but I needed a receipt for the work done because I didn’t get one. She seemed pretty dismissive of me when she found out that’s all I needed. I told her that I had to have a receipt and that it had to have the Company name address and phone number on it, had to have what the job was that I hired them to do on it, how much they quoted as the price, what form I paid them with ( it was paid in cash), date the work was done, that the work was fully completed and that it was paid with cash and paid in full. She said she could do that and I thanked her for her time. She also told me that they were the company that did the work at my home, she read off my address to me. So I’ve been waiting for a receipt to show up in my mail and so far I have not received it. The company I believe that did this job for me is; LDM Tile and Remodeling LLC. I’m going to include the phone number that I received the texts from about the job. That number is:1 708 639 5493. I have no idea who this person is or what the name is for this person"

Work is not what i do it's my passion i enjoy what i do drywall taping and painting. I have worked in the trade for more than 15 years I have done Commercial and residential work. I am employed at another company yet i also find time to do side jobs. I have worked for them 10 Years. I do Speak Spanish and English send me a text or an email I do like to take a look at the jobs to give an estimate Or just give me a call.
"Alberto came only on Sundays for a few hours , took him around 2 months to finish ,every time he left the basement was dirty, when he left he said it was ready to paint but the walls and ceiling had to be dusted so the paint would adhere to the drywall, there are cracks in the ceiling joints and humps on the walls which probably need to be sanded again, and when I call him he doesn't respond. He finally came by and told me something totally different than what he said to get the job. He told me he wasn't going to repair his shoddy work. DO NOT USE HIM (I believe he gives his wife's name and number as a reference)"

FAQs for plaster repair projects in Seneca, IL
Applying plaster to a wall will usually cost between $2 and $10 per square foot for both the material and labor. The cost will vary based on the quality of the plaster you’re using and whether or not prep work is required before the work begins. Wall prep can add up to about 10% to your total costs. Plastering exterior walls can be more expensive in many cases because they are taller and require scaffolding and safety equipment.
Repairing plaster walls is almost always worthwhile. Not only will plaster repairs make your walls look new again, but repairs of minor cracks can often reinforce the plaster and help prevent the cracks from spreading and widening. Additionally, hiring a professional to carry out plaster wall repair means they can let you know if the cracking is a result of a severe underlying issue. Catching a problem like foundation instability early could save you thousands, a luxury you wouldn’t have if you just repaired the walls yourself.
Plaster repair costs range from $4 to $10 per square foot for refinishing, while skim coating can be less expensive, usually between $2 and $5 per square foot. The price you pay for plaster repairs will depend on the extent of the damage, the type of plaster you have on your walls, and the accessibility of the damage. Plaster repair on the exterior of your home tends to be more expensive, as there’s a higher chance that ladders or scaffolding will be necessary to carry out the repair.
It is possible to repair plaster walls yourself, but it’s not always a good idea. Hiring a professional means you’ll have expert eyes on the damage looking to see if there is an underlying issue or if the cracks are just from normal expansion and contraction. Additionally, a professional’s plaster repair will very likely last longer than a DIY job, which means you could end up saving money over time by going with a pro from the start.
All plaster walls will crack over time with expansion and contraction from temperature and moisture changes, as well as from normal house settling. In these cases, the cracks will usually be thin and don’t mean there are major structural issues. However, excessive cracking, wide wall cracks, and cracks that span around corners can sometimes mean you have a foundation issue. Identifying severe problems is a key reason why hiring a professional for plaster repair is usually a good idea.
