"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "In the last month I have had both of these crews working on my patio and basement wall. I asked them questions and they gave good answers. Tim Boudrean, the crew leader on the wall project, took time to explain the whole process of putting up carbon fiber wall supports. The whole crew seemed to know there jobs well and cleaned up good when they were done. I was pleased with the work done. I must say I had one major complaint about the wall job. The agreement I signed stated I must prepare the basement so they would have access to the wall. It was difficult for me because we have a bathroom against part of the wall. I was afraid the bathroom would be destroyed, so I measured the distances that was needed between the carbon braces. (a lot of Youtube research) I figured that the only part of the bathroom affected would be the sink. The sales rep disagreed and said the shower had to be taken out. I gave in and had the shower taken out. The installation crew actually placed the braces almost exactly where I had marked. The shower did not have to be removed. Mid American Basement should have sent an installer instead of a sales rep to verify the placements. It cost me extra to have the shower removed and will cost more to repair the tear down."

I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "Brian arrived with his worker, assessed the issues and presented a couple of options to work with. The work was done efficiently in a few hours and I no longer have any leaks in my basement. I was very impressed with the work and the way he goes about his business. There was only one area that we could not figure out if it was leaking from the foundation or if it was coming from above. We agreed to test it the next rain fall and have him come back to fix that section. Unfortunately it didn't rain again until spring and when it did I was unable to reach him. I think this company is no longer in business or at least that is the impression I get because all of his contact information is no longer in service. It's too bad because I really like the work he did for the price he quoted.
