"This lady has never called me to complain or to discuss what final coating I was suppose to return for. She's never return my call. I called her when I seen this review. I've honored everything I said I would do that's in the contract. All new asphalt is porous. If you want the pores in the surface of the asphalt filled in you have to seal it. I never promised her a Seal coating and nowhere in the contract is there a Sealer promised or the words seal coating mentioned anywhere on my contract. All the asphalt that was installed is level with the garage floor , sidewalks, and street so there would be no room for another layer of asphalt"

"The 2 feet of his driveway that was uncapped was part of his neighborhood street and not part of his driveway. The cracking in the driveway is caused by flex pipe that he installed under the driveway in several areas for gutter extensions. The cracking is not from the recapping or faulty work , it's from the pipes moving under the driveway. He said I left an area in the driveway unsealed I never applied any sealer to any part of his driveway at all. The gravel popping lose is where they keep backing out of the garage and siting in one spot and twisting their car tires on new asphalt. The problems were not warranty issues"

"I lost my wife of 31 year, my sister, and my mother in law all in a week February 25,27, March 4, 2021, all from covid this is what Mr. Ethan s is calling some sob story he is very heartless to call me and my family tragedy some sob story I spoke with him in April he wanted an est for additional work I explained my situation to him he never mentioned a complaint or sealer he said to contact him at a later date the review date is Oct 2020 I paved his driveway in Oct 2020 he said he is got water and ice on his driveway we did not have ice in Oct 2020 and if Mr than does not like me or my work why does he want an est for me to do more work."
