"Canâ t say enough good things. I bought an old house with some small issues with water leakage. After a good rain we would inevitably at least have some water in the basement. After 3 years, I decided it was time to have a dewatering system installed. I received quotes from three companies, not only was PIVOTAL the best value but they also were very trustworthy and made sure I understood every step of the process. On the days of the install, the crews were courteous and extremely efficient. They completed my 800 sq foot basement in a day and a half and left the area spotless. It was almost a month and a half before our first rain and I was dying to see how it performed and it worked as expected. A few days later we got 10 inches of rain and I thought for sure even this new system wouldnâ t be able to keep up. The basement was dry as a bone and there wasnâ t even a drop of water. For the first time since Iâ ve owned my house, I have furniture set up in the basement and itâ s now another comfortable living space. Additionally, I know when I look to sell this house in a few years, that I will likely recoup my investment from having a water-free inspection. "Tom did a really good job. Everything that he installed is very sturdy and strong. The flimsy old wall that he reinforced looks as good and feels just like any other wall in the house now. He was great about discussing the various options and the pros and cons of each. I believe he opted to use his own, higher quality, mounting hardware in many cases to be sure that the artwork and shelving will be secure. A picture of the shelf he made and two of the pictures he hung on plaster walls is included."
