Jose came out right away and quickly diagnosed what happened (Sump Pump failure) and then took me through all the options -- Good, Better, Best to fix it. I ended up going with the Better option. They scheduled the work quickly and I was very happy with the professionalism of the 3 installation people that came out led by Mauricio who installed a new sump pump and a battery backup sump pump so that I have insurance in case the main sump pump fails or there is a power issue. Our situation was challenging in that it took a few tries and commitment to solve the problem. Acculevel stood by their work 120% which is not an exaggeration. When their initial solution unfortunately did not work as well as planned, the level of care and things they did to remedy the situation were well above and beyond what I know others would have done. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

I recently moved from the state of Florida to Indiana in 2024, I've been doing masonry work for a little over 6 years now and the previous work I did before that I was a carpenter for 8 years a roofer for 6 years you can say I am a jack of all trades I love the work that I do and I'm hoping I will have the opportunity to work with some you lovely people of Indiana. "I needed to have the cabinets adjusted to fit more modern appliances, and I also needed to have a storm door replaced. Tom did an excellent job on both occasions. He always communicated in a timely way, He worked well with me on the appliance delivery day to uninstall appliances, and he stayed late to install the appliances which entailed several adjustments. The appliance delivery was late by a month, and he still fit me into his schedule--a man of his word. He did good work and everything looks good and works well. I would certainly hire again."
