Everything went very well and Dave was very thorough. My only complaint is with the "thermal imaging" I purchased for an extra $125. I really saw zero value from that and nothing about the thermal scans was included in the report. I'd suggest just using him for inspection and radon testing.

They performed the Peppermint test..and found sewer gas in the toliet areas. So they changed the seals, the smell is gone. Why didn't they perform the Peppermint test from the attic the first time? Over $2000. spent.
